Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. 10 children plus 1 free birthday child. Children under 18 months and anyone over the age of 18 are free and not included in the guest count.

Q. What if I have more than 10 guests?
A. You will be charged $10 extra per child on weekends and $8 per child on weekdays for each guest over the 10 allowed.

Q. Will there be someone in the Party Room to serve my Pizza ,Soda, Cake?
A. No, a party guide will set the table for your guests. The guide will be sure you have everything you need to serve your guests.

Q. Can I bring in my own decorations?
A. Unfortunately you cannot bring in decorations. We do have our rooms decorated in a Party Theme that is fun and exciting.

Q. Can I bring in my own food for the party?
A. No. The only food you can bring in is Cake. Absolutely no other food may be brought.

Q. When do I need to know my final head count if I am ordering Pizza, Balloons, or Party Bags?
A. You must call a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your party if you are increasing your head count.

Q. What if Less/More children show up on the day of the party?
A. You will be charged for the number of guests you have. For Pizza, your order has been placed with an outside vendor, you cannot order less on the day of your party. If you want to add extra Pizza to your orders you must let us know as soon as you arrive and we will accomodate you. We have Party Bags and Balloons on hand, so you will only be charged for the amount you use. You may also bring your own Party Bags.

Q. How much is extra Pizza/Soda?
A. An extra medium (plain) Pizza is $11.00 and 2 liter bottles of Soda are $2.50.

Q. Can I bring my own decorations and paper products?
A. We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins... however, they are generic. If you would like to bring your own you may do so. Our party rooms are already decorated and NO outside decorations may be hung in the party rooms.

Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A. A Cake Knife, Candles, and Matches.

Q. May I bring in a Piñata?
A. For safety reasons we do not allow Piñatas.

Q. How much are the party bags? What is in them?
A. Party bags cost $3.95 each. The contents vary, but can include things such as stickers, crayons, mini-slinkies, candy, etc. It's a great value for the price.
