Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. 10 children plus 1 free birthday child is the number of children included in the Premium Party Package. You may invite additional children for an extra fee. (see next question/answer) Children under 18 months are free and not included in the guest count.
Q. What if I have more than 10 guests?
A. You will be charged $10 extra per child on weekends and $8 per child on weekdays for each guest over the 11 allowed. Maximum of 30 children per room. Over 30 children a second room MUST be rented at time of booking. (one pizza will be added for every 5 additional children, it's included in the extra price.) (EX:) 15 children = 3 pizzas, 20 = 4 pizzas, etc.
Q. Will there be someone in the Party Room to serve my Pizza ,Soda, Cake?
A. Yes, a party host will be in your room to serve your guests, cut and serve your cake and do what needs to be done to make your child's birthday a happy and memorable occasion. We will be sure you have everything you need to serve your guests. Plates, napkins, cups, forks, etc. are all included.
Q. May I tip the party host?
A. Yes, it's not required, but greatly appreciated.
Q. Can I bring in my own decorations?
A. Unfortunately, you cannot bring in decorations. We do have our rooms decorated in a Party Theme that is fun and colorful.
Q. Can I bring in my own food for the party?
A. The ONLY food you can bring in is CAKE, fruit and/or veggie tray. Absolutely no other food may be brought.
Q. When do I need to know my final head count if I am ordering Pizza, Balloons, or Party Bags?
A. Our staff will call you the Wednesday prior to your weekend event to get an estimated head count. Please note that you will ONLY pay for the extra number of children over the 11 that arrive for your party.
Q. How much is extra Pizza/Soda?
A. An extra medium (plain) Pizza is $11.00 and 2 liter bottles of Soda are $2.50.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations and paper products?
A. We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins... however, they are generic. If you would like to bring your own you may do so. Our party rooms are already decorated and NO outside decorations may be hung in the party rooms.
Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A. Candles for the birthday cake.
Q. May I bring in a pinata?
A. For safety reasons, we do not allow a pinata.
Q. How much are the party bags and cotton candy? What is in them?
A. Party bags cost $3.00 each. The contents vary, but can include things such as stickers, whistles, mini-slinkies, candy, etc. Cotton Candy is $2.00 per bag. It's a great value for the price.
