OPEN JUMP FAQs

Q. Do you have Open Jump every day?
A. We have Open Jump Wednesday through Sunday, but always check our website or call for updated hours. We close to the public when we have private parties and large school groups.

Q. Do I have to sign up for Open Jump?
A. Sign-ups are required on weekends and public school holidays. On weekdays sign-ups are definitely recommended. We limit our capacity and when you sign up we hold that space for you.

Q: My child is a small 11 year old. Can he/she still jump?
A: No, due to insurance restrictions we cannot allow any kids over 10 years old to jump
​
Q. As a walk-in customer, may we bring pizza to Jumpers or have pizza delivered?
A. No, Jumpers only allows individually packed lunches. NO pizza or fast food meals are permitted.
​
Q. As a walk-in customer, may I have my own party in the lobby?
A. No. We do not allow any parties unless they are scheduled through Jumpers. We do not allow pizza, cake, cupcakes, presents, party favors and YES...even singing "Happy Birthday" in our facility without having a scheduled party.

Q. Are socks required?
A. Yes, socks are required for ALL jumping guests. Bare feet are not permitted in our facility.

Q. What if we forgot our socks?
A. Jumpers has socks available for purchase.
​
Q. Do you have food for sale?
A. Yes, we have snacks, water, Gatorade and soda for purchase in our vending machines.

Q. Does Jumpers have arcade games?
A. Yes, we have a limited number of arcade games including Ms. Pac Man, Toy Taxi, Zoo Catcher, Candy
Claw, and Pinball.

PARTY FAQs
Q. How do I book my Jumpers party?
A. You can book over the phone, in person or on our website.

Q. When I book my party, does Jumpers require a deposit?
A. Yes. Jumpers requires a $100 non-refundable deposit for Classic Parties, a $200 non-refundable deposit for Private Classic Parties and a $400 non-refundable deposit for Premium Private Parties. This guarantees your selected date and time.

Q. How can I pay for my party?
A. Jumpers accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The final balance is due at the end of your party.
​​
Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. A total of 11 children (birthday child and 10 friends) are included in the Classic and Private Classic Party packages. You may invite additional children for an extra fee. (see next question/answer) Children under 18 months are free and not included in the guest count.

Q. What if I have more than 11 kids at my party?
A. You will be charged $12 per additional child for each child over the 11 children that are included with the Classic Party Package and the Private Classic Party Package. The maximum for the Classic Party Package is 20 kids. The maximum for the Private Classic Party is 40 kids.

Q. Do you have mini-parties available?
A. Yes, we have a mini-party option available Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10am and 2pm. See Mini-Party pricing, under the Party tab, for more details.

Q. Can I rent out Jumpers for a Private Party?
A. Yes, see Party tab for details.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my party, do I get my deposit back?
A. Deposits are nonrefundable.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR PARTY
​
Q. Can I bring in my own food for the party?
A. The ONLY food you can bring in for a Classic or a Private Classic Party is cake/cupcakes, fruit and/or veggie tray and water bottles. Absolutely no other food is allowed. If you want to bring in other outside food, please book the Premium Private Party Package (Option #3 on our Parties page).

Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
A. Candles for the birthday cake are the only other thing you must bring.

Q. Can I bring my own paper products?
A. We provide plates, forks, cups table cloths, party hats, and napkins. We have "Happy Birthday" themed paper products, but if you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so.
​​
Q. Can I bring in my own decorations?
A. You can bring in table decorations. We do not allow anything to be taped our walls. We do have our rooms decorated in a party theme that is fun and colorful.

Q. May I bring in a piñata?
A. For safety reasons, we do not allow piñatas.

BEFORE YOUR PARTY
​
Q. When do I need to know my final head count?
A. Our staff will call you the Wednesday before your party to get a final estimated head count. ​Please note that you will ONLY pay for the additional children that arrive for your party over the total of the 11 children that are included with your party.

Q. Can I bring my own party favors?
A. Yes, you may bring your own if you would like. We also have party bags available for purchase.
​​
Q. How much are the party bags and what is in them?
A. Party bags cost $3.75 each. The party bags are "Jungle" themed and contents vary, but can include things such as stickers, whistles, toys.

Q. Do you sell balloons?
A. Yes, latex balloons are available in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. See Party Extras for pricing.

DURING YOUR PARTY
​
Q. Do I have to pay for guests that don’t come if they were included in the final head count?
A. No, you only pay for the package of 11 children (Classic and Private Classic Party Packages) plus any additional kids that walk through the door on the day of your party, if any. If your estimate was a little over or a little under, that’s no problem at all!

Q. What if my guests bring siblings?
A. Upon check-in, a Jumpers staff member will give the invited guests a party wristband. Uninvited siblings may be paid for separately by their own parent and can jump in the play area and join the party celebration for pizza and cake.

Q. What do my guests do with the gifts they bring for my child?
A. As your child’s guests arrive, we will take the gift and put it in your child’s designated gift bag, so they will be ready for you to take home.
​​
Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my pizza, juice, and cake?
A. Yes, a party host will be in your room to serve your guests. They will serve the pizza, cut and serve your cake, and do what needs to be done to make your child's birthday a happy and memorable occasion. We will be sure you have everything you need to serve your guests. Plates, napkins, cups, forks, etc. are all included.

Q. Do I have to order more pizza if there are more than 11 kids?
A. No, there is always enough pizza for the children. One pizza will be added for every 5 additional children; it is included in the extra price. (Ex: 16 children = 3 pizzas, 21 = 4 pizzas, etc.)
​
Q. Can I add additional pizzas for the adults?
A. Yes! We get our pizzas from Providence Pizzeria, and we will ask for your adult pizza order on the Wednesday before the party. We can give you guidance on the number of pizzas to order so that you don't end up with too much or too little pizza. We have to give Providence Pizzeria our order several days ahead so once you give us your pizza order it cannot be changed.

Q. How much is extra pizza and soda?
A. An extra large plain pizza is $16.50 and 2 liter bottles of soda are $4. You can order additional pizza the Wednesday before your party and and soda 30 minutes after your party starts.
​​
Q. Will I have the whole facility to myself during my party?
A. No, unless you are having a Private Classic or a Premium Private birthday party, we cannot guarantee your party will be the only one.

AFTER YOUR PARTY
Q. Where do I pay the remaining balance?
A. The staff at the front desk will be happy to help you with that.
​​
Q. May I tip the party host?
A. Yes, it's not required, but greatly appreciated.
