  • Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the facility including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership and direction to employees.

  • Run all aspects of the front office including check-in for parties and open jump and booking parties

  • Interact with parents and children in a professional, upbeat, and fun manner

  • Coach, teach, and motivate team members to uphold high standards of customer service and safety

  • Exercise good business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management

  • Host parties as needed and supervise play area as needed

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

  • Document and update customer records

  • Complete daily cleaning of the facility

  • Complete monthly and occasional deep cleaning as needed



  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with customers

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Positive personality and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Work Schedule and Hours

  • Work Schedule: 4 days per week - Thursday through Sunday

  • Hours per week: 37-42 hours per week

  • Closed for the following paid holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day


Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year
